[Important] About measures at the border of new coronavirus infectious diseases

Dear customer,

Thank you for your continued support of our shipping business.

Starting from tomorrow (May 1st), we will take measures against the borderline of new coronavirus infections at each of our ports using the equipment borrowed from Nagasaki Prefecture.

At Hakata Port (ferry passengers, jet foil passengers) and Karatsu Port (passengers), "thermometry" using thermography and a non-contact thermometer is used for all other ports (vehicles at Hakata Port and Karatsu Port, Gonoura Port, Ashibe Port, and seals). At Tuji Temple Port, Itsukuhara Port, and Hida Katsu Port, we will carry out "temperature measurement" with a non-contact thermometer.

In either case, we will refuse boarding if there are any of the following findings (1) or (2).

① Those who have a cold symptom or a fever of 37.5 degrees or higher for 4 days or more.
(Including when you have to continue to take antipyretic drugs)
* If the above condition continues for more than 2 days for the elderly, those with underlying diseases, and pregnant women.

② Those who have strong drowsiness (malaise) or dyspnea (dyspnea).

Please note that we may refuse boarding from the viewpoint of infection prevention if you do not cooperate in temperature measurement.

Lastly, in order for our customers to use our products with peace of mind, for the time being, we are striving to prevent the spread of infection by wearing masks by staff, encouraging hand washing and gargle, thoroughly disinfecting fingers, and installing disinfectant solutions at various places. .

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
