As measures against the border of new coronavirus infectious diseases, we carry out temperature measurements using non-contact thermometers at each port.

Since the standard for consultation and reception of new coronavirus infectious diseases has been changed, we decided to change the standard for measures against waterfront from June 1st.


* People with high fever (38.0 degrees or higher) are not allowed to board.

* If you are above 37.5 degrees and below 38.0 degrees, please fill out the health check sheet. If you have any of the findings on ①, ②, or ③ (see below) on the health check sheet, we will refuse to board the ship.

① You have either strong suffocation (dyspnea) or strong dullness (fatigue)

② Those who are prone to serious illness and have relatively mild cold symptoms such as cough.
(*) Elderly people, those with basic diseases such as diabetes, heart failure, respiratory diseases (COPD, etc.), those undergoing dialysis, those who are using immunosuppressants and anticancer agents. (The same applies to pregnant women.)

③ For people other than those above, symptoms of relatively mild cold such as cough continue.
(The same applies to those who have to continue to take antipyretics etc. if they have severe symptoms for more than 4 days or if they think they have strong symptoms.)


If you do not cooperate with temperature measurement, etc., we may refuse boarding from the viewpoint of infection prevention.

Finally, in order for our customers to use our products with peace of mind, for the time being, we are striving to prevent the spread of infection by installing masks by staff, encouraging hand washing and gargle, thoroughly disinfecting fingers, and installing disinfectant solutions at various places. ..
