[Important] About measures at the waterfront to prevent new coronavirus infectious diseases

Thank you for your continued support of our shipping business.

In response to requests from Iki City, Tsushima City, and Karatsu City, we will implement border measures against new-type coronavirus infectious diseases at each of our ports from tomorrow (April 23).

At Hakata Port, Karatsu Port and Intsuji Port, we will carry out "temperature measurement" etc.

At Gonoura Port, Ashibe Port, Izuhara Port, and Hita Katsuko Port, please fill out the "Embarkation Application Form / Health Check Sheet".

In either case, we will refuse boarding if there are any of the following findings (1) or (2).

① Those who have a cold symptom or fever of 37.5 degrees or higher for 4 days or more.
(Including when you have to continue to take antipyretic drugs)
* If the above condition continues for more than 2 days for the elderly, those with underlying diseases, and pregnant women.

② Those who have strong drowsiness (malaise) or dyspnea (dyspnea).


Please note that we may refuse boarding from the viewpoint of infection prevention if you do not cooperate in filling in the temperature measurement and health check sheet.

Finally, in order for our customers to use our products with peace of mind, for the time being, we are striving to prevent the spread of infection by wearing masks by staff, encouraging hand washing and gargle, thoroughly disinfecting fingers, and installing disinfectant solutions at various places. .
