Q1 Regarding Internet Reservations
Internet reservations canonly be used for Express Vessel(Jetfoil). You must register as a member to use it.
In addition, besides return trip/ transfer/ round discount and remote island resident Express Vessel(Jetfoil) 3 day return trip discount/ remote island resident Express Vessel(Jetfoil) return trip discountWe do not handle special discounts.Please be aware of this in advance.
When internet reservations are made, a confirmation email is automatically sent. If you do not receive a confirmation email, (up to the above ※ Delete) please check the status by phone. When calling, please be sure to say"about an Internet reservation ..."and we will connect you with the person in charge.
【Main Reasons for not Receiving a confirmation Email】
Customer error in entering the address or rejection due to domain restriction.
In many cases there are still seats available so please be sure to call as instructed in the confirmation email.
Please understand in advance that we cannot accept inquiries by reply to confirmation emails.
Internet reservations can be changed or cancelled through My Page.

We cannot make changes or cancellations by email or reply to confirmation email.
There are no special discounts for internet reservations.
Regarding regular discounts (return trip/ transfer/ round discount), please see the section "Q3 Regarding ferry and Express Vessel(Jetfoil) discounts." Additionally, internet reservations are discounted by the system automatically judging the route included in the reservation for one journey. Because of this, please understand that discounts are not applied when one way reservations are made.
*Discounts other than those mentioned above are only handled by phone.
Pay with cash at the window on the day of the trip or when making reservations with a credit card, please be sure to bring the credit card with you.
Additionally, please complete the boarding procedure 30 minutes before departure.
Reservations can be made between one month and the day beforedeparture.

Q2.Regarding Ferry Reservations
Telephone reservations are accepted between one month and the day before departure for second class reserved seating and first class. ※Second class unassigned seating can only be purchased on the day of departure on a first come first serve basis. (Available at the port ticket window one hour before departure.)

Phone reservations accepted between one month and the day before departure. When making the reservation, please check the car length on the vehicle inspection certificate. We do not take reservations for special baggage (motorcycle, bicycle etc.). ※ When making reservations for a vehicle, you can make reservations for passengers, regardless of the boarding class. In addition, it is not possible to take vehicles on Express Vessels(Jetfoil).

Q3.Regarding ferry and Express Vessel(Jetfoil) discounts
[Student Discount]
Second class unassigned seat passenger rates (including limited express charges) on ferries and Express Vessel(Jetfoil) are 20% off.
However, "school student/ student passenger fare discount certificate"issued by the school is necessary. (Rounded up to nearest 10 yen)
※ Student IDs and enrollment certificates are not accepted
[Group Discount]
There is a
10% discount on ferry and Express Vessel(Jetfoil) passenger fares (including limited express charges) for groups of
15 or more.
※ Even if reservations are made for a group of 15 or more, the regular fare will be charged if there are less than 15 at boarding. (Return-trip discount for Express Vessels(Jetfoil) is applicable when allowed.)
Applicable conditions are 1 return trip fare with return trip using Express Vessel(Jetfoil) and only if you purchase return trip ticket within 7 days, including the day of onshore boarding and the return trip rate discount is 10%.

In addition to return-trip discounts, there are transfer discounts(Q3-4) andround discounts (Q3-5).
The conditions of the application will be 10% discount for each section only if you are transferring Express Vessels(Jetfoil) in one direction continuously in two or more sections and purchasing a transit passenger ticket within 7 days including the first boarding day (Rounded up to nearest 10 yen)
The conditions of the application shall be limited to the case where the Express Vessel(Jetfoil) is used in a round through 3 sections (the port of the origin becomes the same as the port of the destination) and only when purchasing round tickets within 7 days including the date of first boarding, each fare will be 20% off. (Rounded up to nearest 10 yen)
Excepting the Hakata - Hitakatsu Line, when a vehicle travels on the ferry back and forth within the same route, within seven days including the day of boarding.
The return trip of the vehicle shipping rate will be discounted 20% (Rounded up to nearest 10 yen).
There is no discount on rates for special baggage (motorcycle, bicycle, etc.).
On the ferry between the mainland and Iki, for vehicles making a return trip between Karatsu Higashi Port⇒ Iki ⇒ Hakata Port or Hakata Port ⇒ Iki ⇒ Karatsu Higashi Port, as long as you purchase the return trip vehicle shipping ticket within 7 days (including the day of boarding), the vehicle shipping rate for the return trip will be 20 % off. (Rounded up to the nearest 10 yen)

Q6.About Receipts
For customers paying by cash or credit card who require a receipt, please let the staff know when purchasing your ticket at the window. For customers paying online, please make a request at the time of purchase. For vouchers and tickets issued by travel companies, reciepts can not be issued.
Whatever the reason may be, unfortunately we are unable to reissue reciepts.
Q7.Regarding Fuel Oil Price Change Adjustment Charges
Regarding fuel oil price change adjustment charges
Fuel oil price fluctuation adjustment (hereinafter referred to as Adjustment) is a system that is adopted by the transportation authority of fuel cost due to the surge in crude oil prices, and is called "fuel surcharge" by air carrier companies and "bunker surcharge" at long distance ferry/ freight shipping companies.
Our company will add an Adjustment to the one-way, per customer (or per car for vehicles) rate.
(We do not discount the Adjustment. In regard to the discount prescribed by our company, the discounted fare is added to the Adjustment.)
We review the Adjustment amount every three months according to the fluctuation of the crude oil price, and we will inform you through the "Latest Information" on our web site.
We realize that this is a heavy burden for all using the service and we thank you for understanding.
