A new type of coronavirus infection is spreading in Japan.

For the time being, we are striving to prevent the spread of infection by installing staff masks, encouraging hand washing and gargle, thorough hand disinfection, and installing disinfectants in various places for the time being so that our customers can use our products with peace of mind.

In order to prevent infectious diseases, fresh air is taken inside the ship by adjusting the air conditioning system while sailing. In addition, we are strengthening ventilation, especially during berthing. Ventilation is also provided regularly at each port terminal.

Alcohol is used to disinfect parts of the ship and terminals, such as tables and handrails, that are touched by customers' hands.

If you have the following symptoms as a preventive measure for new type coronavirus infection, please apply to our staff.
① Those who have a cold symptom or fever of 37.5 degrees or more for more than 4 days.
(The same applies to those who need to keep taking antipyretic drugs.)
* Elderly people, those with basic illness, and pregnant women, if the above symptoms persist for more than 2 days.
② Those who have strong drowsiness (malaise) and breathlessness (dyspnea).

Based on our "Standard Conditions of Carriage (Passenger Transport Section, Chapter 2, Article 3)", we will refuse to apply for a transportation contract and embark on board.
